I made this recipe twice and the second time I add some chayenne pepper for a little kick. Love it and its so easy and one pan.

My husband loves potatoes and he will eat anything with them. We really liked this recipe. The bacon really added a good flavor to this recipe.

I absolutely was amazed by how delicious this recipe was. I thought with the few ingredients it required it wouldn't be anything special--but it was. The bacon sure helped! Anything with bacon is sure to be a hit. I plan to make this recipe again soon for company--it's that good. I did use regular hash brown potatoes and added fresh onions and green peppers that I had on hand. Otherwise, I didn't change a thing.

Was very good as is, but, I made it a second time with a twist...added corn to the potato mixture & Poured a little Kraft Honey BBQ sauce over the chicken before topping with the cheese (sharp 2%) and made a quickie Slaw for the side. It was terrific.

It was easy to make and our 5 year old son loved it. Gobbled it right up with no complaints.

It was filling, but not very flavorful. If I do ever make it again, I'm definitely going to add more spices.

I love this recipe! It's one of my favorites. I serve it with a ranch dressing dipping sauce.
