My husband loved this dish. I used Green Beans because he does not like Broc. He said he loved it too. It was a wonderful discovery.

This recipe is great because I can get all the broccoli haters in my family to eat it up! We all love it! My daughter requests "chicken with trees!" I do make brown rice in a rice cooker rather than instant white rice.

Family loved it- asked that next time I add even more broccoli.

Sort of bland-would add something else like minced garlic or a little splash of worcestershire sauce. Also, not sure how the color of the rice came out brown in the picture because ours was no where near that. If it comes from the browning of the chicken, that is not going to happen in a non-stick pan which is what is directed to use in the recipe.

Made a few substitutes with what I had: used Zesty Lite Italian Dressing and a mixture of broccoli, carrots and snow peas. Delicious! Very simple and quick recipe to follow.

We really enjoyed this dinner recipe. I did make a few changes though. I couldnt find sliced almonds so I just used whole almonds and put them in the food processor. I also used brown rice and cooked it first then I added it to the recipe. It turned out great!! Yes I would for sure make this recipe again and again.
