this was good. chicken definitely needs to be marinated for a few hours to have better flavor. I would make it again but it wasn't TDF or anything. It was good, and quick, and easy. And some nights that's just what I need.

I followed the recipe exactly except I used regular chicken broth and it was kind of bland. We added teriyaki sauce to give it some flavor. I really liked the almonds in the rice though. I would not have simmered the chicken, it dried it out a little.

I thought this was ok, nothing spectacular, definitely lacking something. I didn't have chicken stock so I used beef, also next time I would cook the chicken in oil or cooking spray because the dressing burns if you put it up too high and the pan needs to be hot enough to brown the chicken.

This recipe was easy and very tasty. I took the advice of another commenter and marinated the chicken for a few hours in the dressing to make it tastier and I also used brown Minute Rice instead of white. Everyone loved it!

Excellent! Would recommend checking fluid level before adding rice. I had to add some water.
