I made this for our Sunday dinner and it was soooo yummy! It had plenty of flavor as I doubled the recipe! I also used chicken bouillon cubes in 2 1/2 cups of boiling water as my sub for the chicken broth... My Chicken was real moist and the whole family loved it! It will be added to our favorites!

The kids and enjoyed this meal for the most part. My daughter wasn't crazy about the broccoli but will make again. =o)

The picture looked great however mine did not look like the picture. I realized too late that I used the wrong kind of rice. Flavor was good but not excellent. I liked the simplicity of the recipe and the few ingredients. Will try again.

Excellent meal! To prevent dried out chicken like others had, I marinated my chicken in the dressing for a few hours before. I also used a lot more in the cooking process'. Doubled the garlic, rice and broccoli for 6 people along with the extra dressing, excellent! I added chicken back in skillet with the rice mix for a few min. to heat back up, good to go!

Very tasty and easy for a weeknight. Used instant brown rice instead of white and results were good. Will definitely make again.

I was really disappointed with this recipe, it looked so good in the magazine, but the Itilian dressing gave a weird taste to almond chicken, my husband was also disappointed. We will not be making this again.

Love this recipe! Simple and delicious. Even my mom was impressed and asked for the recipe. It's a nice mix of textures with the almonds, rice and broccoli. Excellent flavor! Hubby said put it on the regular rotation.

My husband and 10 year old son loved it. We like a lot of flavor though, so I used double the garlic powder and double the dressing...it did the trick and it was DELICIOUS:)

My family hated this recipe and I will never make it again. It lacked flavor.
