Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie recipe
Some classics can't be improved. Pot pie isn't one of them. A delicate crust yields to veggies and chicken in a cheesy sauce. Yes, we said cheesy.

I've made this recipe once before for family, but made it again over the week-end for guests, and they loved it! Easy and tastes great!
This was very easy to make and my family loved it! Will make again for sure!
This recipe was better than I thought it would be. My can of crescent rolls didn't cover the entire top, but that isn't really a big deal. I was worried that the Velveeta wouldn't melt all the way, but it was fine. Sprinkled salt and pepper over the top before I put the dough over it. Husband and 2 1/2 year old loved it.
One of my family's favorite!! make it all the time, really simple and really good!
One of our favorites in our household. I always opt for buying a larger can of crescent rolls so as to fully cover the whole dish, after all, that's the best part!
This recipe was very simple to make. I added boiled diced potatoes and left out peas. I made sure to season the chicken with garlic and seasoning salt and I added salt and pepper to the soup. My family did not like this dish because of the cheese. The cheese never melted and instead was curd like. I am going to make this dish again, but leave out the cheese. I am also going to add flour to the chicken while it is cooking then add the vegetables and some stock so that it is a little thicker.
I made this for Mother's Day and took it to my mom's house. Nothing this easy should be so good! Talk about the perfect comfort food!!! It takes no time to make and ohmigawd. It broke my heart to leave the leftovers with mom...
My husband wrinkled his nose when he heard there was cheese in it. But even he had to admit how good it was. Super easy and fast to make. I used leftover turkey and it was as good as I know chicken will be next time.
My husband is a huge pot pie fan and he said he prefers more traditional kinds without all the cheese. It was just ok for me.
