Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie recipe
Some classics can't be improved. Pot pie, it turns out, isn't one of them. A delicate crust yields to veggies and chicken in a—wait for it—cheesy sauce. Yes, we said cheesy.

This recipe is amazing! I used a huge glass dish and it was gone in minutes! However, I did change something about the frozen veggies. Instead of using frozen veggies I used Veg-all. Its in a can and is a mixture of corn, green beans, potatoes and carrots, maybe some peas as well. VERY DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!

OMG I absolutely loved this recipe as well as the rest of my family and my 14 month old son! Used butter crescent rolls and rotisserie chicken cut into very small pieces (mostly for my son; but I liked it better than chunks) VERY delicious..even though I'm not much of a Pot Pie fan. Making again VERY SOON :)

I make a similar recipe with grated cheddar mixed in the crm of chicken soup and a bit less than you have listed. Regardless, cheese with chicken pot pie around here is a definite YUM!

I added some Greek seasoning, it was absolutely wonderful, only served 4 though, NO LEFT OVERS :-)

I used Cracker Barrell Cheese extra sharp (8 ozs, cut up in cubes) in lieu of Velveeta cheese. I did cook the bag of mixed vegetables to get them tender and drained. This is absolutely easy to make and it is delicious.

LOOOOOVED this!! Soooo Fast to make. Superb way to use left over rotisserie chicken. Big Crowd pleaser! Used canned corn instead of veggie blend... also used Garlic Butter flavored crescent rolls and their flavor really added to the over dish. Thanks for this recipe!

It was good, but a little too much velveeta for our taste.
