Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie recipe
Some classics can't be improved. Pot pie, it turns out, isn't one of them. A delicate crust yields to veggies and chicken in a—wait for it—cheesy sauce. Yes, we said cheesy.

Quick, easy, and delicious. Love the leftovers the next day.

A little too much cheese for our family. Next time I'll only use 4 oz and cut down on the salt. Otherwise it was approved by everyone!

I LOVED this dish! It was simple, affordable and delicious. I followed others suggestions of using canned Veg-All instead of frozen veggies, and I substituted sharp cheddar for the Velveeta. It was so cheesy and yummy and made great leftovers for lunch the next day.

I used this recipe as a base in throwing together a turkey pot pie. I altered by doing the following: -Used cream of mushroom soup -Added half a can of milk -Used a pie crust -Used turkey It came out very tasty!

Hubby and I both loved this. Although I think it needs a second can of soup, but then I like my pot pies more creamy. Will definitely make again!

This recipe is so good and so quick and easy to make. The second time I made it I switched up the veggies because my boyfriend doesn't like peas, so I used broccoli, green beans and corn. Personally, I liked it better with the peas, but it was still really good. It makes a lot, so we both have leftovers for lunch. I used already cooked diced chicken to make it quicker and I cooked the vegetables before putting them in so they wouldn't be too hard. Very good recipe, definitely one of my faves from this website.
