Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

I kept this recipe just the way it is and my family loved it! My mother in law went home with the recipe!

The recipe was so easy that I thought it would be just ok. It was delicious - I loved it.

Needed something different to cook for dinner and this worked great. My husband loved it. I'm not of fan of Velvetee so it was alright.

Even my picky 10 year old daughter came back for seconds!

Really simple and good! I probably wouldn't put as much cheese, but we loved it. Super easy!

I've made this receipe several times and it has disappeared everytime. I don't even like peas and I loved eating this one.

This is my 3rd time making this great casserole! We're happy with the outcome each time, even though I always revamp it! This time, I used about 1/3 cup of Velveeta and 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup. I also added a bit of garlic, salt & pepper to the chicken. I then used thawed (frozen) broccoli for the veggies, instead of mixed. Its delicious and a great family-pleaser meal!

Used frozen green beans, peas, & corn...but it could have used some chopped onions & carrots - which I plan to add next time. This was easy to make, and because it was pretty plain everyone in my family ate it (and we have some picky eaters)! Will make again with a few adjustments...but very delicious!

I used Sharp Cheddar Cheese and shredded the chicken, the flavor was very creamy.

I would like to try it with the recommendations of others and use cheddar cheese next time. See if it gives it a good kick of cheese flavor instead of a blending flavor. Over all it is really a great easy pot pie that I will make again.
