Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie recipe
Some classics can't be improved. Pot pie isn't one of them. A delicate crust yields to veggies and chicken in a cheesy sauce. Yes, we said cheesy.

My kids and I agreed that there was too much cheese. I would make it again with less cheese.

I really liked this easy recipe but I did make some changes. I dont like mixed veggies so I used California blend instead and used 2 cans of soup. Yummy! Everyone loved it.

Was really easy to make, just make sure that you cook it long enough so that the rolls get brown enough

I used canned mixed vegetables and added frozen roasted potatoes and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Unfortunately I added more cheese and it was way too cheesy. I also layered the ingredients instead of mixing them together. Very good.

I modified the recipe a bit. Added a little more chicken, used can and half of soup and another half can of rolls to fit the wnole 9 x 13 pan. It was EXCELLENT!!! And not to mention EASY!

THIS WAS SO EASY AND VERY GOOD! I increased the Velveeta to 12 oz and used cream of mushroom as that is what I had. I also microwaved the veggies, velveta and soup for about 3 min so it would melt better in the oven. We will have this again. Not a crumb was left over!!

We loved this recipe. I added 2 cans of diced potatoes and also added another can of cream of chicken soup to make it a little creamier to make up for adding the extra ingredients.

My family loved this dish, but I did take the advice from other reviewers and baked it for 10-15 minutes longer to make sure it was done. I also thawed the veggies in the microwave before adding them. One more twist that I added was I cooked the chicken in zesty italian dressing to keep it moist and flavorful.

I was really disappointed with this recipe, it looked so good in the magazine, but it really lacked in flavor & the crescent was soggy/chewy. My husband was also disappointed. We will not be making this again even though it was very easy to put together. I'm disappointed as this is the 2nd recipes this week I made from the recent magazine that looked good in the picture, but did not taste good.
