Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie recipe
Some classics can't be improved. Pot pie isn't one of them. A delicate crust yields to veggies and chicken in a cheesy sauce. Yes, we said cheesy.

This recipe is very easy and my 17 year old son LOVED it...Did a couple things differnt...I thawed the frozen veggies, cut back just a little on the cheese and I put it in a 8X8 pan instead of a 13X9...Also put an egg wash on the dough...baked for about 30 minutes

Made this last night and it was yummy. Just a couple things I'll change next time. I won't use frozen veggies (green beans were way to hard) and I'll cut the chicken back to 2 cups instead of 3. It was way to much chicken. I might use puff pastery next time instead of crescent rolls just for a more even coverage. But it was really good!

Very easy to make and extremly good too. Love the cresent rolls on top. The velveeta cheese gives it a nice taste too. Will make again for sure!

I used fresh potatoes I diced and boiled first and a can of carrots instead of frozen. My 4 year old son loved it. Me and the husband also enjoyed it. Next time I make this I'll use 2 cans of cream of chicken. Simple and Yummy

This recipe is going to become one of my go to recipes. It was quick and easy to put together and tastes great. The kids love the addition of the Velveeta.

Everyone loved this and it couldn't be easier to make! I used pre-cooked chicken, thawed in the fridge and I microwaved the frozen veggies for a couple mins to thaw them before adding to the mixure. It was a little too cheesy for me, next time I will cut back on the cheese and maybe add more cream of chicken or milk.

This is a quick and tasty meal! My husband like it, and hes very fussy. Dont be alarmed if it seems a little dry when mixing the ingredients, the cheese melts nicely, and creates a sauce. :)

The recipe seemed to small to fit into the 13x9 pan. So it was a thin recipe. The topping was made of unrolled crescent rolls and it did not cover the entire dish and it was soggy. The recipe was too cheesy also. It was very easy to make, but too cheesy and too thin. Not very filling for my husband.
