Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie recipe
Some classics can't be improved. Pot pie, it turns out, isn't one of them. A delicate crust yields to veggies and chicken in a—wait for it—cheesy sauce. Yes, we said cheesy.

I have made this 4 times now, and absolutely love it. Also tastes great with just baking mix (mixed with sour cream and milk, to give it a good consistency), on top of it. Id recommend this to anyone.

My entire family enjoyed this meal. My 5 year old asked for seconds. Very quick and easy.

I loved it. My husband says it can do without the cheese but I haven't tried it yet. Definitely will be making this again soon.

I have made this super easy hotdish many times for my family. It's their favorite! Pillsbury even makes a type of crescent roll that is not perforated--just for these sort of recipes. I like to add a little dill to my chicken and veggie mixture. Also, cream of mushroom works well. This recipe has also been a huge hit at potlucks. It's the ultimate comfort food!

Loved it! put garlic butter over the top and put back in the oven a few minuets after it was done, love crusty topping !

I also doubled the soup and used grated sharp cheddar cheese. I used a 16 ounce bag of soup vegetables as we like the potatoes, celery and Lima beans along with the carrots, corn and peas. Will be making this again!

My family loves this and I love that it's quick and easy. We usually use shredded cheddar instead of velveta.
