Delicious! I am not much of a sandwich eater, but this is really tasty, and easy to prepare.

My husband and I love this sandwich! I usually turn the roll into garlic bread, spread with Miracle Whip, and top with the meat, cheese, onions, and mushrooms. Easy and delicious!

I used hogie rolls{6in.}. Followed recipe as stated. Used 1 slice of provalone, and a tiny sprinkle of garlic salt. The sandwich was great, but waaay to soogy.

Made with horseradish mayo vs. miracle whip & melted provelone on the roast beef in a skillet. Rolls need to be toasted.

This was a great recipe. Very simple! Just an easy, delicious change from what I normally cook. I will definitely be making again. I also used ham the next day for left overs because we didn't have any more roast beef. Tasted just as good. I also toasted the bun with butter. Added tomatoes to mine. It might be a weekly sandwich for my house.

SOOO GOOD! But I used green peppers instead of mushrooms. And I also buttered and grilled the "inside" of the bread before adding all the stuff.

I heated the roast beef in the pan as well, and used provolone instead of cheddar cheese. I also used horseradish instead of mayo. Good stuff!
