I made this recipe for our Christmas Work party. Everybody loved them. I also changed the filling in some to a butter cream filling from another recipe because my husband does not like cream cheese & they went over great. He also liked them with the butter cream filling.

These cupcakes are AWESOME! I have made them twice in a week for two different Christmas parties! Both times I have been asked for the recipe and told how delicous they are. They come out so pretty too! My friend at work told me that they are better than a local "cupcake shop"

Moist and great frosting. However I thought the cupcake was too sweet. I will make the recipe again but without the chocolate pudding.

These cupcakes rival any "Cupcake Shop" and are so easy to make. We love the icing and using it as a filling "makes the cake"! Delicious!

This recipe is Great! The cupcake is Super moist & the frosting is silkey & delicious. I'll definitely make this a staple in my dessert options. My family loved them!

I chose to make this recipe specifically for the icing. My hubs is a sucker for cream cheese and has never had red velvet cake. I made a 2 layer cake instead of the cupcakes since it was for his bday. The icing is delish, though! I don't like it too sweet so I decided to use only 3c of sugar and that may have been a mistake. The icing is terribly thin and I have had a hard time getting it to stay on the sides of the cake! Much better suited for cupcake use. Very very good flavor though!

This recipe is a keeper. I used 3 cups of sugar in the icing as many reviewers suggested, with perfect results. Sprinkle with colored sugars for the holidaysl

Moist and flavorful cupcake with delicious icing! I had a difficult time with the white chocolate curls, but white chocolate shavings taste just as good! Based on other reviews, I cut the powdered sugar down to 3 cups and it was plenty.

Very good. Awesome. Superb. I just frosted the top with a bunch of frosting and did not take the time to put it in the middle of the cakes. I also sprinkled a wee bit of chocolate cocoa on top for alittle color and did not do the white chocolate curls.
