I love this stuff. Its delicious and so quick and easy to make. Even my picky eaters like it. Its become a regular at our house.

When I made this dish, it came out really watery. I suggest NOT putting in the juice of the tomatoes like the video suggests. Also make sure if you wash your spinach that it is completely dry of all water. The recipe seemed to lack a little spark of flavor but still tasted so-so.

EXCELLENT! My daughter and I LOVED this recipe. It tastes like something from a restaurant. Fast and easy preparation. Next time I would take the tails off the shrimp - other than that, it was perfect. Will definitely make again. This is also my new recipe that I will be bringing for pot luck dinners - I know it will impress everyone.

I loved this recipe...it was quick and very tasty! I used cajun steamed shrimp that was in the fridge that we already had from a previous night, didn't have diced tomatoes, so I used canned tomatoes w/jalapenos that I already had and instead of garlic cloves, I already had minced garlic...made everything so simple and delicious....it was a big hit at my house!!!

Amazing! A very tasteful but light pasta! I will take the shrimp tails off next time, it was a little difficult eating and pulling the tails off during the meal. Other than that, VERY delicious!

This was a great, easy recipe! I cooked the shrimp briefly in a separate pan, but followed everything else exactly as stated. I will definitely add this to my list of "make agains!!"
