What You Need

1/2

lb. angel hair pasta, uncooked

Tbsp. olive oil

cloves garlic, minced

can (14.5 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves

lb. frozen cooked cleaned (with tails left on) medium shrimp

1/2

cup whipping cream

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. or just until fragrant and tender. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 4 min., stirring occasionally. Add spinach; cook and stir 1 min. or just until wilted. Add shrimp and cream; cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta. Add to skillet; toss to coat. Top with cheeses; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.

Changed it a bit. Didn't have baby spinach; used peas w/ pearl onions. Only had shredded Colby & Monterrey Jack on hand. The family loved it.

It was easy to make but tasted just ok (a little bland). Since I just cook for one, I'm glad I only made a 1/2 recipe.

This was EXCELLENT!!! I used spiral pasta instead of angel hair. I also added 1/2 a can of chicken broth & an extra can of diced tomatoes & raw shrimp. This is in the favorites!

I did it a bit different but it was very delicious. I cooked my shrimp with savory garlic cooking creme and mixed in the tomatoes. I cooked the spinach separate and then combined everything in a baking dish and added cheese & baked for 10 mins.

My neighbors sister was coming to visit & she wanted to make a dish with shrimp. She made it for her& I before her sister got here. We both loved it & have made it several times since. The time before she added a cup of alfredo sauce. It was so good, it made the bottom layer thicker. This is a keeper for sure

Very easy and very good. I used frozen shrimp and spinach and canned tomatoes and it was still very good. My boyfriend and friends were impressed. Will definitely make again.

I like the basis of this recipe, but think it is quite bland. Will make again but add in some italian spices.
