What You Need

1/2

lb. angel hair pasta, uncooked

Tbsp. olive oil

cloves garlic, minced

can (14.5 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves

lb. frozen cooked cleaned (with tails left on) medium shrimp

1/2

cup whipping cream

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. or just until fragrant and tender. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 4 min., stirring occasionally. Add spinach; cook and stir 1 min. or just until wilted. Add shrimp and cream; cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta. Add to skillet; toss to coat. Top with cheeses; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.

Very good dish, the only thing i did different was i placed the cooked pasta in a baking dish along with the spinich cream mixture topped with cheese and baked for 10 min till cheese was melted. makes the dish less watery....this will be a regular in my house....wonderful!

Easy to make. Could have a little bit thicker sauce. Didn't use spinach because family would have never even considered something green in there! LOL! Definitely will make again.

Everyone LOVED it, especially my boys! This is def a new fav in the house. I had to do a few changes though. (my local supermarket ddnt have alot of things). I used fresh shrimp tht I cooked. I had to use 4 cheese Mex mix bcz my market ddnt have the 3cheese Italian mix... but overall it was "super delicious" as my little boy tells me. :)

I love this stuff. Its delicious and so quick and easy to make. Even my picky eaters like it. Its become a regular at our house.

When I made this dish, it came out really watery. I suggest NOT putting in the juice of the tomatoes like the video suggests. Also make sure if you wash your spinach that it is completely dry of all water. The recipe seemed to lack a little spark of flavor but still tasted so-so.

EXCELLENT! My daughter and I LOVED this recipe. It tastes like something from a restaurant. Fast and easy preparation. Next time I would take the tails off the shrimp - other than that, it was perfect. Will definitely make again. This is also my new recipe that I will be bringing for pot luck dinners - I know it will impress everyone.

Outstanding! My husband and I loved this recipe. I do want to add a little crunch to it so i think next time I'm gonna add a bell pepper.
