My neighbors sister was coming to visit & she wanted to make a dish with shrimp. She made it for her& I before her sister got here. We both loved it & have made it several times since. The time before she added a cup of alfredo sauce. It was so good, it made the bottom layer thicker. This is a keeper for sure
Very easy and very good. I used frozen shrimp and spinach and canned tomatoes and it was still very good. My boyfriend and friends were impressed. Will definitely make again.
Amazing!! As good as an Italian restaurant dish.
I like the basis of this recipe, but think it is quite bland. Will make again but add in some italian spices.
This is now my favorite shrimp and pasta recipe. It is a beautiful dish with alot of flavor. Everyone loved it.
This dish was fairly easy and tasty. I would suggest to add some salt to taste and possibly more cheese. Overall, though a good dish which I would probably make again.
Very bland and the sauce wasn't thick enough. Looked watery. I would suggest maybe using 4 oz of cream cheese to the sauce instead of the whipping cream. Add more garlic and some more seasonings. overall its an easy recipe that doesn't taste bad but I'm going to try it agian using cream cheese and more spices.
Really, really good ... I did make a few changes, based upon what I had on hand. I used penne pasta and Hunt's No Salt Added diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic. I substituted the shrimp with chicken. For the cream, I used 1 container of the new Philadelphia Original Cooking Creme ... and then I ate 2 bowls of it! My husband liked it as well. Will make again using the Philly Creme!! Planning to eat the leftover tonight!
Absolutely Wonderful in every way---easy, quick, delicious! DO NOT CHANGE A THING. Only two of us, so we had leftovers. As the pasta had absorbed the sauce, overnight in the refrigerator, I added additional 1/4 cup regular low fat milk , low heat, stirring frequently, to reheat. Just as good if not better.
This was a great meal and really fast to make! It's always great to find a recipe that incorporates ingredients that are healthy such as spinach.
