Layered Mexican Bake

Layered Mexican Bake recipe
Low-cal Mexican bake. Yes, really. Remind yourself you're eating smart as you dig into layers of tortilla, salsa, beef and veggies. (Your brain might tell you you’re lying.)

We do not eat hamburger anymore. We used ground turkey and it was to die for. We will have this again. Very yummy.

I would maybe make this again. It was super easy but just nothing special.

I like to call this "Mexican Lasagna." I've made it three times already! love it!

Used flour tortillas as that is what I had. If I make again I would definately use whole wheat as recipe calls for.

Very filling and tasty healthy dinner option. My hubby thought it needed a little more cheese so I will add more the next time I make it.

Very easy to make. As a vegetarian, substituting a soy burger product, for the ground beef worked fine!

I loved this but I made it a little healthier. I use ground turkey and then simplfy the seasoning with a taco seasoning mix and low fat sour cream. i like using the tomato tortillas for this too. Yummy and the kids don't even know its ground turkey instead of beef!

Very easy recipe. I did add more seasoning to it because it tasted bland to me. I added more chili powder, paprika, chipotle and a little bit of cayenne.I also used jalapeno cilantro tortilla and mango peach salsa, and it came out scrumptious! I will definitely make it again!

This dish was very delicious! The only thing I wouldn't add is the sour cream in the middle.

it was easy quick and my kids loved. Mostly everything i had already, but instead of ground beef i used ground turkey way cheaper and less fat. tastes the same either or.
