Layered Mexican Bake

Layered Mexican Bake recipe

Low-cal Mexican bake. Yes, really. Remind yourself you're eating smart as you dig into layers of tortilla, salsa, beef and veggies. (Your brain might tell you you’re lying.)

This recipe is pretty good but it needs a little more taste. The one thing that I did different is added some taco seasoning to the hamburger. Another thing that might be good in this would be a can of beans. I did not put the beans in but it would add a lot to the recipe. Thank you for this recipe my kids loved it.

This meal was awesome. I have made it twice in the last couple of weeks. My son does not care for Mexican but really likes this. It will be a regular at my house. It is even good reheated and I hate leftovers. We even put on some extra cheese and sour cream. Yummy!!

I thought this was excellent! I probably used a little more cheese than it called for. I honestly can't think of anything else I would add to it!

My family enjoyed this recipe. Next time, I would cut the chili powder in half.
