This is a VERY easy dish to make and my family loved it! Warning- make more than the receipe say because you will want leftovers.

Was able to be creative and add top layer black refried beans, salsa, shredded mexican cheese and baked accordingly. Served with crushed corn chips. My family and I loved it.

super easy and very very good. I added jalapenos for an extra kick and instead of chili powder i added a packet of jalapeno and onion taco seasoning. Very good!

Very tasty. I made it in a round casserole dish, my tortillas fit perfectly. I cut some fat by using black beans in place of the ground beef for the protein and only 1/2 can of corn. Delicious!

This was very good. A little too much corn for me, maybe next time I will put black beans instead of corn.

An easy and delicious addition to my weeknight menu. Not having bottled salsa, I used diced canned tomatoes and seasoned with cumin and more chili powder. Next time I plan to substitute canned black beans instead of corn. Hardy and satisfying.
