I found a similar recipe from another site about a month ago- without the onion, the chili powder, and the sour cream- and with chopped red and green peppers, black beans, and diced tomatoes. I also substituted ground turkey, hard corn tortillas, and fat free cheddar cheese. I really enjoyed that version of the recipe! My mother and father, who are not used to healthier things, didn't care for it so much. They thought there were too many "veggies," lol. Very, very, VERY good if you ask me though.
