Pumpkin Cream Cupcakes

Pumpkin Cream Cupcakes recipe
“Mmm” really should be part of the title for this super-moist cake, thanks to the pudding and the cream cheese baked right inside. Make that double "mmm."

This was very yummy! I used the canned pumpkin that is spiced for pies and added some pumpkin pie spice to the cream cheese mixture. When I spooned the cream cheese on, I gave it a little push. They looked great and were moist and delicious.

I did not have spice cake mix so I used vanilla and added 1 tbsp. of pumpkin pie mix, it was good I will try spice next time. The first batch I put the cream on top it did not look like the pic at all! The second batch I put it in between I liked that better. I also made a cream cheese frosting YUM!!

I made the cupcakes for work and everyone loved them. I did do a little changes. I added punpkin spice to the cake mix and I layered the cake mix then cream cheese and cake mix on top so it gave a cream cheese effect in the middle. I also used vanilla frosting and added pumpkin spice to the frosting. I did not use the cool whip. Everyone raved over the frosting. It had that spicy taste to it. Would definately make again!

These were very easy to make. I took them to a party. My daughter and husband loved them.

Did not like these. Not enough flavor of spice or pumpkin and the cream cheese filling didn't add any kick at all. They weren't bad, they just weren't great. I'd rather have spice cake OR pumpkin bread.

Love the flavor and texture of these cupcakes. Mine did not look like the picture, however. The cream cheese mixture did not sink into the batter; it just spread all over the top of the muffin and baked in. I would have liked the cream cheese flavor to stand out a little more. I will make this again, but might try to experiment a little more with it.

I followed directions explicitly. It took about 40 minutes for the muffins to bake. My oven is generally accurate. The muffins fell when I removed them from the oven. The texture was not pleasant and they looked nothing like the photo.

if you like pumpkin, you will love these. its officially my favorite recipe for the fall by far. The great thing is that the recipe makes a bunch, so its great for carry ins and school functions, because you dont have to buy a bunch of ingrediants and you will be bound to want to make them again. they are moist beyond belief and so easy to make. my whole family is hooked on this one...if you have any doubts, DONT they are GREAT

I did not like this one, it needs some serious tweeking! Batter was too wet to hold up and the creamcheese was not all that goodin it. they smelled wonderful cooking, but lacked so much in taste and texture.

These were very easy to make and tasted very good, I will add some pumpkin pie spice and maybe finely chopped pecans the next time.
