Pumpkin Cream Cupcakes

Amazing dessert for fall and Thanksgiving. Easy and a favorite!

Made these today and Iam not sure if they are suppoes to be like they came out....very gooe inside almost like a pumpkin pie. Anyone know if these are suppose to be like that inside? I love pumpkin recipes and would love to make these again!

I made this recipe 2 times. The first time i used chocolate cake mix and the second time red velvet cake mix. And used the cream cheese filling. And they turned out GREAT both times!!!!! Once the cupcakes were baked the cream cheese sunk into the cupcakes so u couldn't tell they had anything in them but once u took a bit u could taste the cream cheese. My husband Really liked them!!! I haven't tried the pumkin recipe yet but i will soon. I just love the idea of cream cheese filling. It just adds so much flavor to a plain cupcake!!!!

I did not want cupcakes so I just put half the batter in a 13X 9 in pan. Then spread the cream cheese mixture on top, then added the rest of the cake mixture. Nothing was sticky like others said and it turned out great. I even used fat free cream cheese. Everyone loved it and can't wait to make it again!

These were the best cupcakes ever! They were a big hit. I didn't have a spice cake mix, so I used a yellow cake mix and added pumpkin pie spice. yummy!

I have made this recipe twice as well and I thought it was wonderful. I had several compliments regarding the taste. As for the look, the trick is to pour half the batter in then layer the cream cheese, then pour the rest of the batter on top. When I did that, it came out the top the way the picture shows. Great recipe!!

I made this recipe twice, once with light cream cheese and once with regular. both times I was disappointed that the cream cheese spread over the top of the cupcakes during baking. I expected them to look like the photo. This recipe needs to be reworked so that the cream cheese sinks into the cake batter.

This is a great recipe, my family (who does not like pumpkin) loved it. I will make them often. The taste reminds me of pumpkin roll with out the work/time. Great recipe thanks.

I made these cupcakes for my coworkers and they were a big hit! Several people have already asked me for the recipe!

These cupcakes turned out very good and moist. But the tops do turn out sticky and I think the recipe really makes more than 24 cupcakes. I had to fill all the cups to the very top to fit all the batter into 24 cups. I would make them again but I would use more than 24 cups. (more like 27-30 cups)
