Very rich, but good. Difficult to spread chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture. Not near as pretty as the picture!

Just made this for a dinner with friends. It came out just as pretty as the picture in a sinch. It was very tasty but really rich...cut small slices! Everyone loved it!! Definitely a keeper. Very impressive presentation. My friends thought I had bought it at a store and didn't believe me when I had said I had made it. Next time I make it though, I'll double the chocolate topping (the melted chocolate and cool whip) and add an additional layer underneath the peanut butter filling. It was a little too peanut buttery for me, but I think the extra chocolate layer will solve that very well.

I made this for a Thanksgiving Dinner. I ended up making two of them, which I am glad I did. There was none left. Everyone loved it. It was a bit rich, but no one seemed to mind.
