What You Need

tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread

cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

cup milk

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided

lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 12), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

onion, thinly sliced

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

COOK first 3 ingredients in saucepan on medium heat until cream cheese spread is melted and mixture comes to boil, stirring constantly with whisk.

RESERVE 2 Tbsp. bacon. Layer half each of the potatoes, onions and remaining bacon in 13x9-inch baking dish; repeat layers. Add cream cheese sauce; cover.

BAKE 1-1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown, uncovering and topping with shredded cheese and reserved bacon for the last 10 min.

I made this with about 2 cups of leftover ham from Thanksgiving instead of the bacon. OMG it was so so good.

This recipe lives up to its name. It was SO delicious.... even my mom asked for the recipe, and she NEVER does that.

Made this two different times, once exactly like the recipe states, and the second time I just forgot to add the cheese. Both were delicious! Took the second one to church potluck and none of us missed the cheese! Very good!

I followed this recipe to a T and was very disappointed at the amount of liquid in the bottom of the pan! I used the chive & onion cream cheese and it looked like clabbered milk on top, not appealing at all! It definitely did not need all the onion. The taste was good but the recipe would definitely need some adjustments to fit my personal taste. Was so hoping it would turn out looking like the picture but was disappointed that it did not..what did I do wrong?

Really good and fairly easy to make. I layered cheese with the potatoes and bacon and also added on top. My sister was looking for a scalloped potato recipe and I gave her this one.

I have made these potatoes twice and everyone loved them. The only thing I did differently the second time I made them is to salt and pepper each layer.

This was really yummy! I used regular cream cheese, left out the bacon, and used just plain shard shredded cheddar. I layered the cheese in between layers of onion and potato so there was cheese throughout. VERY tasty! Will def make again, and probably keep leaving out the bacon since it was great without it.

this was very very good. It was very soupy even with 4oz of cream cheese. I did boil my potatoes for 6 minutes let cool and then sliced as per recipe. I will absolutely make again with minor adjustments

Very, Very Good!! Will definately be making this again. Had a little trouble finding the Yukon Gold Potatoes but I'm glad I made the effort to locate them.
