This was hit with my family. I made a few changes. I seasoned the chicken breast with taco seasoning and also added about a 1/2 teaspoon to the sauce. I also added about 1/2 cup frozen corn to the source will it simmered. I also used only half the cheese as my family doesn't like a lot of cheese.
My recipe was from magazine and it told me to rinse the beans...might have had a little more taste if I had left them undrained. The recipe was bland in my opinion!
I did spice my chicken up some before cooking it. I then put the whole thing over a bed of rice and it came out so good. My husband can't wait for me to make it again. It is so yummy and easy to make.
So easy! My husband loved it. Could add corn or serve over rice or quinoa. I've made it twice this week.
I made a few changes, but this was awesome...dredged the chicken in taco seasoning before browning in a bit of olive oil. Added garlic and a can of rinsed corn, also rinsed the black beans. Served with brown rice. Yummy!!!
My 3 kids loved it. There was enough liquid in the pan so I put rice into cook with it. Turned out great. We will make this again.
This was so tasty and easy to make. I used kidney beans instead of black beans and Mexican blend cheese.
Quick easy and low fat. My family loved it!
This was good. By itself it would just be okay. I followed the advice of others. Added onion pepper a bit of tomato. Omitted the beans, cause he doesnt like them. Served over rice. It was SOOOO good- he wanted to eat mine I saved for lunch the next day! No way! We both licked our plates! Will make again, especially since it was so simlple.
I have made this for my family a few times now and everybody love the recipe!!! It's really simple, easy and healthy ;)
