Quick and easy--very tasty. We had it with corn on the cob and cornbread.

This is so good! I have made it several times. I also add in a can of chopped green chilies. We love it!

I've been making this dish for about 2 years now. I love making this dish. It's so easy and only takes a few ingredients. I serve it with mexican rice, refried beans, and a helping of lettuce and sour cream! And the left over beans and salsa are great chip dip! Love!

My husband and I love this recipe! It is so easy and so flavorful. My husband cuts up the chicken and eats it in a tortilla. I usually just eat it with a little sour cream on top.

Try using a green enchilada sauceinstead of salsa for a chili verde taste! Awesome.

I enjoyed this recipe but would make a couple of changes. I would add frozen corn kernels to the salsa/bean sauce. I would also simmer the sauce a little longer so that is gets a little thicker. I am going to try salsa verde next time. But do enjoy!

So simple and easy. I love chicken recipes, and this is a new favorite. The only thing I'd add to make it even better is a small dollop of sour cream with a cilantro garnishment upon serving.

It was so easy and tasty! The sauce would go great over rice. Add a salad and a few tortilla chips and you have a great meal that took virtually no time.

Super easy and delicious. Husband loves this recipe. I use a medium thick salsa, add frozen corn and serve over rice and makes delicious meal. My husband uses leftovers for omelets.
