Great recipe! I made yellow rice to go along with it, and tossed some sour cream on top. Great flavor. Beans add a good texture to it.

I've made this twice so far. The second time I used chicken thighs and added a can of corn. Didn't have cheddar cheese, so used Mexican cheese blend. My family loved it! It's a keeper!

I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper before cooking. I also used more chicken. I serve this with brown rice and we roll it up in tortillas. Awesome!

My picky eaters request this often. Its very easy! I suggest melting the cheese under the broiler.

My family loved this! It was easy to make and quick. I may add some corn next time but it was good just like this. Served with Spanish rice and a vegetable.

Wow, what a great and EASY recipe. I added a bit of evoo to brown the chic & minced garlic and cilantro right before I added the salsa & black beans. Served it with toasted garlic tortilla shells & jasmine rice...and squeezed fresh lime juice over it all when it was plated. Even forgetting to add the cheese at the end still couldn't keep this from being Delish! Thanks!!

The whole family enjoyed it. I added a can of drained Mexi-corn to the leftovers. We felt that made it even better. I also used a little more salsa than recipe calls for. Next time I may add a can of chopped chiles
