Okay, I gave it another try. Believe it or not, Kraft Foods contacted me via email and said that most likely the problem with the first one is that I may not have drained the broccoli well enough, which was a valid point. I thought I had drained it well, but this time I actually pressed the broccoli between paper towels and it made a big difference. I also took Ms. Marge's suggestion and used the brick cream cheese instead of the tub. I had a much better result this time around, although I am sure I left it in the oven a little too long as it dried out a bit (but was still very good). I served it with my Thanksgiving dinner with much success and will definitely make it again.
