This was very good,I made one as the directions stated and one without the mushrooms for picky family members. I added orange bell peppers to replace the mushrooms and 1 tsp. of Italian seasoning. Both were very well received at a large family Christmas.
This is easily a 5 star recipe. I made it for the first time this Christmas and it wowed everyone. I need to perfect my presentation, so I'm going to watch the video again.
DO NOT use both eggs! This is a great dish, but I spent ten minutes mopping up (with a paper towel) excess liquid from the extra egg. The taste of this dish is GREAT. Disappeared at Christmas dinner and got tons of compliments and recipe requests. I made it again with only one egg - same taste, no running.
This recipe is so easy to make, seem healthy. taste good. My family like very much.
Just had our employee Christmas party and with some of us being diabetics and simply over wieght, I wanted to bring a healthy choice. this was a BIG hit!!!
I really loved this recipe. I made it exactly the way the recipe called for and it was really good. I plan to put less broccoli in next time and add another vegetable to it. I also think I will switch up the cheeses too. I just think Cheddar should be in this one, but we will see...
I made this wonderful easy baked cheese & vegetable recipe when our family came to visit for the weekend. Vegetarians included; was so easy, fun and made a WOW impression when served. Will make it again Christmas. Try it, you will really make it a standard fare in your home.
This is so easy and tasty. I made two, one for our family Christmas and another for my daughter to take to a friend's. Have already had requests for it again this year. Is on its way to becoming a family tradition
I made this for a work potluck and it was a huge hit!! This recipe is pretty easy and delicious! I had some left over filling, so I made little individual wraps! So Good!
To "spice up" this recipe, I altered the ingredients. Instead of cherry tomatoes, I used some chopped up cooked-chicken, brown onion, a pinch of garlic salt & black pepper. The result was great! Next time around, I'm going to mix in some red bell pepper and bacon!!! can't wait to make this recipe again... it is SOOOO EASY and TASTY! ;-)
