This was easy to make, and a nice twist on regular lasagna. I added ground beef to the spaghetti sauce I poured over the pasta before baking. Both kids and husband enjoyed this; I will definitely make it again!

I found this recipe in the insert of the Brownsville Ky news about 3 months ago. I made it for my homemakers and also gave it to my daughter, She put Italian Sausage in it and said gave more flavor. I don't think I covered it while cooking which I will do next time as it was a little dry. Serve with extra sauce for sure. Good , fast, recipe

After I made this the first time and, it was great!, I made a similar one but added shredded chicken to the cheese mixture, then used an alfredo sauce with roasted red peppers. It was great too!
