This player is created by Blackwell Team for testing.

If spaghetti has already earned a place in your dinnertime routine, mix it up with this twist on the classic meat sauce. Just like the tried-and-true, only creamier.

This was so easy and such a hit at my house that I'm planning on using the sauce as a dip for pizza (the one you buy at the store and bake at home w/o any cheese on it). This is absolutely fantastic! I couldn't believe that adding one more ingredient (the Philadelphia cream cheese) to my meat sauce would make such a huge difference! I used Ronzoni Garden Delight pasta and the rich colours made an even more beautiful dish.

Cheese made it so creamy, a nice change.

Who would have thought you could make spaghetti better especially when it was this easy?

Very good and very easy to make!

tasty, gives boring spaghetti that extra little umph. Gives it a creamy taste too.

My husband & I LOVE this recipe! I used ground turkey amd added a chopped onion & 2 garlic cloves to the meat, plus a splash of red wine. Marvelous! We're both eating the leftovers for lunch today!

This is very close to what I make, which is close to a Bolognese sauce. I added garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes to the sauce which helps the flavor. I also put a can of fire roasted tomatoes and the cream cheese in my food processor and blend until creamy (this helps to blend in the cream cheese better) and then add it to the mix. I usually let it simmer for an hour.

I prepared this recipe for supper this evening, and I will not be keeping this recipe. To both my husband and myself, it wasn't anything special. And my husband said he likes "regular" spaghetti better.
