This is easy to make. I had some precooked turkey breast that I used instead of the chicken but otherwise followed the recipe. It was a hit.

Exquisito!

Very simple recipe. The chicken turned out very moist and juicy. Potatoes were crispy on the outside.

Didn't use the parmesan cheese but it was great without it. My husband, son and I all loved it.

I thought this recipe was wonderful. not only was it tasty but very easy to prepare. My husband on the other hand didn't think as highly of it. I do recommend this recipe but because my hubby wasn't a big fan, I won' make it again.

I like this recipe because it's quick simple and doesn't need a lot of ingredients. Very tasty too has a little spicy kick to it as well and works with any kind of BBQ sauce, I like Honey BBQ. I do substitute white potatoes for the red and just increase the potato cooking time to about 30-40 minutes, works great. I also have substituted the dressings for different flavors such as balsamic instead of Italian or different flavors of either also have tried Catalina dressing all very good.

This recipe was loved by everyone in my family. I also tried it with boneless skinless chicken thighs and it was really good too.

It was good. Forgot the cheese the first time, but will put it on next time I make it.
