this was easy to make, and very good. we used diced tomatoes with green chilies, which spiced it up! our 4 year old liked it quite well. this would be a great meal for larger gatherings as the portions are perfect for one person!

I used turkey breast cutlets and it was very good. Also, I did not drain the tomatoes which kept it from being too dry. Delicious recipe and so easy!!

My husband and I loved it. We'll definitely make it again. The only change we'll make will be to poke some holes in the chicken before adding the stuffing mix so that some of the juices are absorbed into the meat.

Used store brand stuffing mix and it was a bit salty, also used provolone instead of mozzarella, otherwise, very good, very easy recipe. Husband ate it and he's a very picky eater. Served it with a fruit salad that helped with the saltiness.

Very good and easy to make. I didn't have a can of diced tomatoes so I substituted tomato sauce. It worked just fine. This went over big in my house

We didn't like it at all. The tomatoes overpowered the dressing.

didn't care for the stuffing taste. Overpowered the rest of the ingredients.
