Very easy and very good. We had plans to go out to eat, but the weather didn't cooperate. My husband said dinner was every bit restaurant quality.

Very quick and easy, but next tine will not put mozzarella on til after it is baked. The dish is good, but the cheese baked brown and crusty.

Made this last night. Had a great flavor, and my picky teenage boy (who doesn't like stuffing) ate two! It was a little watery, probably because the chicken wasn't completely thawed when I started. Will definitely make again!

This was the best new recipe that I've tried in a long time. I made it last night and my husband loved it, too. It's "company good." I've emailed the recipe link to all my friends.

This Receipe was quick and easy to make however we all agreed that the stove top topping made it too mushy. The flavor was there. If I had to make this again I would place the chicken breast and all the ingrediences except the cheese in a glass dish. Cover with with foil and bake. Maybe leave the foil off maybe 10 or 15 min.or longer before it is done. Hopefully this will make the stove top topping crunchy. Then when completed I would renove the dish and sprinkle the cheese on it and let it rest for 5 minutes as indicated. In my opinion the stove top should be crunchy not mushy.

A very easy and tasty last minute meal to throw together. I've made it a couple times & everyone enjoyed it. I think I would change it up a bit next time to make it different by using cheddar and a different seasoning other than basil.
