This recipe was really pretty good. I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10. What I really like about it, though, is that you can take it in a specific culinary direction. For example, I used the Italian tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and Italian seasoning, which gave it the Italian flair. Next time I think I'll make it with taco seasoning when browning the beef, can of diced green chiles (drained), taco cheese, and maybe some chili powder, which obviously gives it a Mexican feel. Either way, good, versatile meal...and filling!

I just tried this receipt and let me tell you that my hubby and me love it. This was perfect for my condition at the moment that I m not able to eat hard foods thanks to a dental procedure. I got to say it save the dinner menu for me :)

I made this for my family and followed the recipe. It was not good. The combination of the cheese was not good.

I have been making this for years. Sometimes I add a tad of cinnamon and fennel, also alot of onions!

Could be made with turkey instead of beef. Either way, my picky family still loves it!! Definitely share-worthy on FB!

After reading other reviews and tweeks, I added a chopped onion to cook with the ground meat; I added a can of corn, using the liquid to help achieve the 1-1/2 cups water. My husband's pretty easy to please, but second helpings are always a good indicator.
