After reading other reviews and tweeks, I added a chopped onion to cook with the ground meat; I added a can of corn, using the liquid to help achieve the 1-1/2 cups water. My husband's pretty easy to please, but second helpings are always a good indicator.

Quick & easy. A little bland, next time I'll add some Italian seasoning.

Really Good! Very Easy, and Inexpensive to make. I did make a few changes, I uses a can of Ro-Tel instead of can tomato and instead of all water I used half water half milk and at the end I tossed in 2 Tablespoon Butter. It was spicy and creamy. Yum-oh.

Easy to make. I used ground turkey, zesty chili ready diced tomatoes & Mexican 4 cheese blend. Might try adding chopped jalapeno slices for some "pow" next time I make this.

The first time I made this dish, it was way too watery and wasn't cheesy enough for our taste. The second time I reduced the water to half a cup, added a can of cheddar cheese soup and a can of peas (I have also used corn). And with that combination, my husband and I definitely satisfied.

This recipe was so simple and so good. I believe adding more items takes away from the taste. A couple of time savers is great. Add mac and cheese right from the box to the ingredients in the frying pan and add cheese topping and let sit to melt. Worked great.
