This recipe is real easy to make. Great for when you don't have a lot of time to spend cooking, and was a big hit with the family.

Made this twice now and we really enjoy it! You can double it without problem, although I was a bit leary about all that water. Turned out great. We used a taco cheese on top...the bit of spice really made it tasty.

This is a great simple recipe! The teenage boys at my house LOVE it and can even make it themselves.

I'm sure this would be good as-is, but I substituted ground turkey for the beef, and used diced tomatoes with jalapenos. I also stirred in a can of kidney beans and hot sauce at the end. Spicy and yummy.

My Mom used to make this for us when I was a kid, now my 15 year old son loves it just as much as I did. I sometimes add peas to give it a little color (also to get my son to eat some peas) and it works well. I also through in a small can of green chilis while the meat browns for some extra flavor.

I too have made this for years but I do not add any extra cheese. I do add a can of tomatoes and drained mushroom (pieces & stems) and chopped onion when the grd beef is browning. Quick and easy for those rushed nights.

I didn't know there was a recipe for this. I have made it for years. I add onions and peppers when browning meat. I use tomatoes and switch it up with spaghetti sauce or a little salsa.
