Fabulous easy to make meal. Serve over pasta too. I also add a thinnly sliced onion. It's also good sliced as a pot roast. I have made this numerous times and its always a hit.

This was delicious and it was PERFECT for having people over for casual dinner. Definitely I would use it again.

This recipe sounded so good, I printed it out. I was amazed to read the nutritional info per serving. There is 1,210 mg of Sodium in a three inch sandwich! I also don't know who is only eating a 3" sandwich for lunch or dinner. Needless to say, I will not be making this recipe for my family.

This is my 'go-to' meal when we are having people for boxing matches or football games or whatever casual event we are hosting!! Always a crowd pleaser and what could be more simple put the ingredients in the crockpot and walk away till it is time to eat! The meat literally shreds its self.

We do this alittle faster using deli roastbeef instead. We heat up about 2 pounds at a time, and serve on hotdog rolls. Can do it in 30 minutes and keep adding roastbeef to the juice.

This was great! It was so easy and my family really loved it. I use my slow cooker often because with three kids, we have so much going on I don't have time to stay in the kitchen. My family was tired of regular barbeque sandwiches. The Italian Beef was a nice change. I used a little more dressing than the recipe called for originally.
