LOVE IT!!! Made enough for me and my boyfriend, plus leftovers for lunch. Great on nights that we go to the gym because I don't have to stand over the stove for 30-45 minutes. Cannot wait to have it again. Great part is, with it making enough for dinner and lunch, it ends up being very affordable!

I made this sandwich this past weekend and let me tell you it is so good. My uncle who never had this before told me to send the recipe to my aunt so she could make it for him. It is an easy meal and you can really add anything you want to it like onions or mushrooms. We topped it with a slice or provolone cheese and toasted it.

I made this tonight and it was so yummy I had to comment... I kept the recipe the same except I added the whole bottle of zesty italian dressing in hopes of keeping the meat moist, and it worked! My roast weighed around 3.5 lbs, so I cooked it on high for about 6 hours. Then I shredded it, drained some liquid from crock pot, replaced shredded meat, and added the parmesan cheese. Turned crock pot to low, stirred in cheese and let sit for about 15 minutes. The shredded meat was very tender and the cheese definitely added great flavor. I will definitely make again!!!

The meat came out with a good flavor, but it did not shred, I just cut it like a pot roast. I don't think I will make it again, it is just like overcooked potroast.

Our family loved this recipe! The second time we added 1/2 cup beef broth like others suggested and it was even better!!!

Really good, it was a big hit with the family. I used store brand dressing and added a beef bouillon cube. I will add minced garlic to the mixture and sautee onions and bell peppers to go with it next time.

My son was watching a food show on tv and they were eating beef sandwiches. So I made this recipe. It was AWESOME! I tweeked it a little:green peppers, and beef broth. Thank you always Kraft!
