This was very easy to make. my meat was not as tender as I would have liked, I cooked it on high for 5 hours. However it did have a great flavor. I did not have enough dressing (my roast was almost 5lbs so I doubled the recipe) so i used an Italian garlic & herb marinade, not sure if I would use that particular brand again.
