Beer-Cheese Dip

Beer-Cheese Dip recipe
There's only a quarter cup of beer in this creamy, cheesy, ranch dressing-spiked dip—but it adds just the right amount of hoppy good fun to the mix.

Great dip - easy to make! I think it's essential to let it sit more than "several hours". I found it tasted better the next day. I could taste the onions more the next day and the beer taste wasn't so strong.

I have made this recipe for years. It is a favorite of my family. I serve it with flat pretzels, which is the best.

I thought this dip was ok; I wasn't crazy about it. But no one at my party ate any of it, didn't like it. And now I have a ton left over thats just going to be wasted.

made for a party, I liked it but came home with more than half so I guess it wasn't that great.

This wasn't a big hit for Superbowl party, and I followed exactly. I think it was the beer flavor, just barely had a dent in the bowl. Brought it home and made my family eat it for 3 days after.

It was good, but it needed a little kick to it.

dont use ranch for the flavor. use taco seasoning instead. it "blends" better with the beer and onions. it similar to a taco dip or spread and top off with sour cream.
