I make this all of the time and it's always a big hit. Mine is a little different...2 block of cream cheese, 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 package of ranch dressing mix, 1 cup of beer and then the green onions. Makes a larger batch. It's best to let it sit in the fridge overnight. I serve with the braided honey wheat pretzel twists.
