i made this dish last night. i used boneless sirloin for the mean and i sliced that into thing strips. i also use a different bok choy...it is the sister to it and the woman at the asian market said it was better tasting then bok choy lol i said i wil take your word for it. i used fresh ginger i minced and fresh garlic...all fresh ingredients...and i would, use this recipe again and it is going in my files!
