I made this dessert for a holiday dinner. Everyone enjoyed it. It was also very light and refreshing. I would surely make it again and double the recipe so we could have seconds.

Delicious! I did sub the regular Cool Whip with the extra creamy and added a touch of Mexican Vanilla. Made it for a family gathering and it was gone in no time! I've also used strawberry jello for the mousse and just mixed with strawberries. Great and easy recipe.

I used sugar free lemon gelatin, Splenda in place of the sugar and sugar-free raspberry preserves. I made one pan for the diabetics and one pan for the rest of us. Both pans went quickly. Next time I will make 2 pans for each variety. Everyone loved it and I gave them each the recipe. This is a keeper for sure!!!

I made this for a group of friends who raved about it! Easy to make and the flavor is outstanding. I'm not typically a fan of lemon, but it adds just the right amount of tang to the dessert. I wll definitely make it again!

I am dibetic and I made the bars sugar free. I also made it the last time without the raspberry jam. My son could not believe how good it was!! It is also so simple to make. I add a little more lemon zest.

This was very easy and very yummy. It received rave reviews from my family and coworkers. The lemon Jello seemed overwhelming at first but it mellows out as it rests.
