What You Need

cups penne pasta, uncooked

1/4

cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

1/2

tsp. each garlic powder and black pepper

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

cups grape tomatoes

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

fresh basil leaves, cut into strips

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Carefully wipe out skillet with paper towel.

ADD remaining dressing, broth and seasonings to skillet; cook 3 to 4 min. or until heated through. Add Neufchatel; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted. Stir in tomatoes; cook 3 min.

DRAIN pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet with Parmesan and basil; mix well. Serve topped with chicken.

My family devoured this meal! The sauce was delightful but it just needed more tomatoes. Fantastic pasta dish!

LOVED this recipe!!! The only thing I would change is adding a little more tomatos, and I would make a little more sauce. Its an amazing recipe though. I already shared it with a lot of friends.

My whole family absolutely loved this dish. I did use a full 16 oz box of Penne because I have so many mouths to feed (7). The only adjustment I would make to it in the future is I would double the sauce recipe (just because I cooked the whole box of pasta). I used 4 pieces of b/s chicken breast and sliced into tenderloin pieces to make them stretch a little more. The meal only cost me about 10 bucks or so to make. Will definitely be a family regular!

Absolutely wonderful, I didn't have penne so I used whole wheat spaghetti. My picky 9 year old loved and even said oh good it's not whole wheat pasta, I love this. Definitely make again.
