I've had to bake this twice in the past week. The kids loved it! My only modification was to use 3/4 cups of sugar.

Loved Loved Loved this recipe. The bread was so moist. I threw out my other two banana bread recipes as this one's THE keeper.

So good and easy to make :) I don't like nuts so I made it without them and it was great.

This is now always my go to banana bread recipe. It is so moist and tasty and simpler than most recipes. I don't use the nuts but usually put in chocolate chips. My kids love it that way. I have used the miracle whip light and also whole wheat flour or whole wheat white flour and it always comes out great!

substituted the reg MW for light MW and used half splenda and half sugar to give a little more "healthyness" to it. Agree with the less salt. Wish I would have read the advise on using a tad less of it. overall came out super moist and delish! its going to be great with coffee in the morning!
