Easy Banana Bread

I added pumpkin pie spice. Just to clarify. :)

This is the best banana bread recipe I have ever made. It is very moist and delicious. It is really very very good it may be the miracle whip dressing. I will definitely make again. I am glad to get this recipe for a single loaf of bread because you can always double it. This is such a good basic recipe I may try to make zucchini, pumpkin, or chocolate chip.

I made 2 loaves of this tonight! I don't like nuts in my banana bread so I made one without and one with chocolate chips instead of walnuts. I was a little reluctant with the Miracle Whip but it was great! You can't taste it at all. My kids loved both kinds. I will definitely make this again! It was super easy!

OH MY! I've made many banana breads over the years & I must say this one is the BEST! So moist, so yummy, my husband & I were amazed. To be honest, I fought making it for weeks all due to the Miracle Whip. I like MW, but in a bread? This is so simple & tasty, try it once & you'll be hooked!

This recipe was very easy to make and the bread was so moist. It was great to be able to mix it by hand.

This was a very easy recipe, and I thought the Miracle Whip was an interesting ingredient...but I didn't love it. I felt like I could taste the MW and I thought it was a little on the salty side. I'll admit, I didn't follow the directions exactly, I simply threw all the ingredients in one bowl, so that may be my problem. I will try this again, following the directions exactly next time to see if it's any different.
