I doubled the dressing amount because I did not have any soy sauce on hand. This was quick, easy and pretty good.

I made this with a teriyaki marinated pork loin, and we thought it was great! The second time I made it, I added a can of water chestnuts. I served it over brown rice.

Great recipe and easy to make. Everyone loved it and wanted it again. I did add water chestnuts to it and used it over rice noodles. It was great.
