I purchased pork tenderloin tips by mistake and used this recipe substituting the tips for the chicken breast. It was a hit. This one is a keeper.

I really like this recipe. It is very flavorful and super easy to make. The Sun Dried Tomato Vinagrette dressing is a major source of flavor.

To serve 6 veggie lovers I used 3 large chicken breasts & tripled the snow peas. After chicken cooled a bit I sliced each into 5 large slices. Also used Sun Dreid Tomatoe vinegret(a little more than called for). Served over wild rice with ever present salad.

Chicken comes out dry so I marinate for at least 20 minutes or longer and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, cook the veggies as stated and then combine on the plate. I agree you should use a few more peas. We serve with a Parmesan couscous, sometimes omitting the parm cheese from the recipe. Super healthy. WE LOVE IT!!

I was just going to ask Kraft for some other great ideas without pasta (although we love pasta!) THIS SOUNDS GREAT! Going to make it this week!

This recipe is delicious and healthy. You will need to cook the chicken longer then 5 to 7 minutes, but is still a very good recipe.

Absolutely Yummy.. one of my favorites. I also added some Fresh chopped Garlic and served it over Rice.
